On October 1, the Department of Aquatic Product Technology in collaboration with LPPM IPB held a training held at the THP Department with the theme DIVERSIFICATION OF PROCESSED PRODUCTS WITH SEAWEEDS FORTIFICATION.

On that occasion, Dr. PIPIH SUPTIJAH as a resource person explained her theory on making Seaweed Brownies. This theory was chosen because this processed product is widely liked and is not difficult to make. In addition, seaweed also contains many important nutrients needed by the human body.

By holding this training, it is hoped that it will increase public awareness and interest in consuming processed products from aquatic products.
