Bambang Riyanto, S.Pi., M.Si. is a faculty member in Aquatic Product Technology (APT) IPB University, specializing in Fishery Product Diversification. He holds expertise in optimizing the processing technology of fishery industry by-products (zero waste approach) and ensuring quality through the implementation of Fishery Product Quality and Safety Standardization, such as HACCP and GMP.
