Section Mandate

  1. Handling of captured and aquaculture products alive or dead to maintain quality.
  2. Preparation to obtain various shapes, sizes, and quality levels of aquatic products for further processing.
  3. Chemical, biological, physical characteristics of aquatic product raw materials are influenced by physiological properties and biophysicochemical conditions of waters to determine suitability of further processing and safety of raw materials.
