KETENTUAN DAN PROSEDUR SEMINAR PROPOSAL THP
Ketentuan Umum
- Seminar proposal diperuntukkan bagi mahasiswa aktif THP IPB yang tidak sedang dikenai sanksi akademik.
- Mahasiswa telah menempuh minimal 107 SKS dengan IPK >= 2,00 dan tanpa nilai E.
- Proposal skripsi telah disusun sesuai pedoman penulisan, disetujui Pembimbing Skripsi serta dilengkapi ringkasan proposal maksimal 4 Halaman (2 lembar).
- Mahasiswa telah melakukan bimbingan proposal minimal 3 (tiga) kali yang dibuktikan melalui Kartu Kemajuan Studi (KKS).
Pendaftaran Seminar Proposal
- Pendaftaran seminar proposal dilakukan secara daring melalui tautan berikut: Daftar Seminar Proposal.
- Pendaftaran dilakukan paling lambat 2 (dua) hari kerja sebelum pelaksanaan seminar.
- Seminar proposal diselenggarakan setiap hari Senin dan Kamis.
- Jumlah peserta seminar proposal maksimal 8 (delapan) mahasiswa per batch.
- Staf Tata Usaha (TU) yang bertindak sebagai PIC Seminar Proposal THP adalah Pak Pebri.
- Mencetak Proposal sebanyak jumlah dosen yang terlibat (Pembimbing dan Penelaah) serta Ringkasan proposal untuk peserta.
- Dokumen yang wajib diunggah/dikumpulkan meliputi:
- Surat persetujuan melaksanakan seminar proposal yang telah ditandatangani pembimbing;
- Proposal skripsi yang telah ditandatangani Pembimbing Skripsi;
- Bukti bimbingan berupa Kartu Kemajuan Studi (KKS) minimal 3 kali pada KKS.
Penyelenggaraan Seminar
- Seminar proposal diselenggarakan oleh Departemen THP dan dikoordinasikan oleh Komisi Pendidikan.
- Seminar dipimpin oleh dosen GKM yang sekaligus bertindak sebagai Penelaah proposal.
- Seminar wajib dihadiri minimal 1 (satu) orang Pembimbing Skripsi. Apabila seluruh Pembimbing Skripsi tidak hadir, seminar dinyatakan batal dan mahasiswa wajib mendaftar ulang.
- Seminar dilaksanakan apabila jumlah peserta minimal 10 (sepuluh) orang, tidak termasuk dosen. Penelaah wajib mengikuti seluruh sesi seminar proposal.
- Borang penilaian akan diprint oleh tim akademik (TU), mahasiswa perlu menyediakan map dan alat tulis (opsional) sejumlah dosen yang hadir.
- Departemen akan menyediakan konsumsi/snack bagi dosen yang terlibat dalam seminar proposal
Tata Tertib Seminar Proposal
- Penyaji wajib berpakaian rapi dan sopan, mengenakan jas almamater IPB, celana/rok bahan, dan sepatu tertutup.
- Penyaji wajib mengikuti seluruh rangkaian seminar.
- Peserta seminar dilarang keluar-masuk ruangan, berbincang di luar materi seminar, merokok, makan, serta mengaktifkan telepon seluler selama seminar berlangsung.
- GKM sebagai perwakilan program studi berhak membatalkan seminar apabila:
a. Penyaji tidak hadir;
b. Seluruh Pembimbing Skripsi tidak hadir; atau
c. Jumlah peserta tidak memenuhi ketentuan.
Pelaksanaan dan Revisi Proposal
- Seminar proposal dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal Departemen THP dengan durasi maksimal 40 menit:
- Presentasi mahasiswa: 10 menit
- Tanya jawab peserta: 10 menit
- Tanya jawab Pembahas: 15 menit
- Penutup oleh Pembimbing Skripsi: 5 menit
- GKM mencatat saran perbaikan dalam Borang Penilaian Seminar Proposal.
- Mahasiswa wajib melakukan revisi proposal sesuai masukan seminar dan Pembimbing Skripsi.
- Proposal hasil revisi yang telah ditandatangani Pembimbing Skripsi diserahkan ke Administrasi Akademik THP IPB paling lambat 14 (empat belas) hari setelah seminar proposal.
