Cahyuning Isnaini, S.Gz., M.Sc. is a lecturer at the Department of Aquatic Product Technology, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, IPB University. Her field of expertise is nutrition formulation based on aquatic products, with a focus on developing food products that offer nutritional value and health benefits.
Cahyuning Isnaini’s research focus includes the development of specialized nutritional foods based on aquatic products, the formulation of bioactive compounds to support health, and the development of culinary products from aquatic resources. One of her research projects involves the bioformulation of polyphenol phytocomplexes in fish bak kwa as a specialized nutritional food aimed at supporting microbiota modulation and gut barrier health in schoolchildren. Her research is directed toward the development of innovative, nutritious aquatic products with the potential to support public health.
