Roni Nugraha, S.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D. is a lecturer at the Department of Aquatic Product Technology, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, IPB University. His fields of expertise include postharvest physiology of aquatic products, as well as technology and handling systems for aquatic products during transportation, with a focus on developing methods and technologies to maintain the quality and safety of aquatic products.

Roni Nugraha’s research focus includes the development of rapid detection methods for determining the quality of aquatic raw materials based on biomolecular and immunological approaches (immunoassays). He is also actively involved in developing technologies and handling systems for aquatic products during transportation to maintain their quality and freshness. In addition, his research includes seafood allergy, proteomics, gene identification, and immunology as approaches to support the identification, characterization, and safety control of aquatic products.
