Distribution study of Fish Processing Units number and its processed products value from Indonesian micro and small scale fisheries Industry
Penyusunan Kajian Pemetaan Sebaran Unit Pengolahan Ikan dan Volume Produk Olahan diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Pengolahan dan Bina Mutu, Ditjen Penguatan Daya Saing Produk Kelautan dan Perikanan, Kementarian Kelautan dan Perikanan. Dr. Wahyu Ramadhan menjadi salah satu tim pakar dalam penyusunan kajian dan survey yang dilakukan pada tahun 2020. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis potensi produk olahan perikanan mikro dan kecil serta mengidentifikasi jenis produk olahan per provinsi di setiap kuartal bulan produksi untuk memberikan rekomendasi yang tepat bagi pembangunan industri perikanan Indonesia.
The Distribution study of Fish Processing Units and Volume of Processed Products is carried out by the Directorate of Processing and Quality Development, the Directorate General of Strengthening the Competitiveness of Marine and Fishery Products, the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. Dr Wahyu Ramadhan is one of the expert teams preparing investigations, manuscripts and surveys conducted in 2020. This activity aims to describe and analyze the potential of micro and small fishery processed products and identify types of processed products per province in each quarter of the month of production to provide relevant recommendations for the development of the Indonesian fish processing industry.
