Kegiatan penelitian Pengembangan virgin fish oil dari mata tuna didanai penuh oleh RISPRO-LPDP degan fokus kajian Pengembangan softgel fish oil dan produk sediaan padat sebagai bentuk adaptasi produksi bersih dan optimasi proses ekstraksi dalam grading food grade fish oil  sebagai solusi 

sumber bahan baku masa depan minyak ikan indonesia. Kegiatan ini bekerjasama dengan pihak industry dalam tahap komersialisasi dan scalling up industrinya. Penelitian ini diketuai oleh Dr. Wini Trilaksani dan dengan anggota Prof. Joko Santoso dan Bambang Riyanto, MS.

RISPRO-LPDP fully funds the Research activities of valorization of virgin fish oil from tuna eyes. This research focused on developing soft gel fish oil and solid-state products. The main goal is to generate clean production in grading food-grade fish oil as a solution to meet the source of future raw materials for Indonesian fish oil. This activity collaborates with the industry in the commercialization and scaling upstage of the manufacturing. This research was leaded by Dr. Wini Trilaksani and with members of Prof. Joko Santoso and Bambang Riyanto, MS.
