GEMPITA (Smart Community Movement for Fisheries Processing and Technology)

This field trip activity aims to be a means of sharing knowledge about handling and processing fishery products, namely starting from how to distinguish the quality of raw materials, how to handle, how to prepare fish and how to process after harvest. The event was held on Saturday, April 30, 2016 in Legoka Nyenang, Gunung Bundar, Pamijahan District. Hopefully with this activity the community can learn about post-harvest processing and handling.
