Indonesian Journal of Fisheries Products Processing was first published in 1996 and was previously known as the Bulletinof Fisheries Product Technology (THP) with ISSN 0854-9230.
The publication of this journal is aimed to collect and to disseminate the research in the field of fisheries and marinebiotechnology to the public. Currently, the journal is jointly managed with the Department of Fisheries Product Technology,Bogor Agricultural University and the Society of Indonesian Fisheries Products Processing. The journal has been accreditedby the The Indonesian Directorate General of Higher Education (DIKTI) and indexed in Crossref, EBSCO, DOAJ, Cite Factor, OAJI, Google Scholar, and Portal Garuda DIKTI
