THP Poster Competition

This online poster competition is one of the infographic creation programs by students as an effort to innovate in creating food/non-food products from fisheries that can be a solution for a healthy lifestyle/immunostimulant in the new normal era organized by the Department of Aquatic Product Technology-Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences in collaboration with the Directorate of Student Affairs and Career Development of IPB. The implementation of the Online Poster Competition is 12-23 October 2020

Terms and Conditions of the Poster Design Competition

• Participant Requirements

1. Participants are IPB University students
2. Participants are individuals, not groups (consisting of 1 person)
3. Each participant is only allowed to submit 1 work.
4. Registered participants cannot be replaced for any reason.

• Competition Requirements

1. Posters are made
2. Theme of product innovation from aquatic products in the pandemic era (choose one)
   – Food
   – Non-food
3. Works are made digitally, with the following specifications:
   – Format: JPEG/PNG
   – Resolution: 300ppi
   – Size: A3 paper
4. Designs can be made with illustrations only or combining illustrations with photos (note: photos are your own work, not someone else’s).
5. Participants are allowed to use freehand, corel draw, adobe photoshop, illustrator, and other software.
6. Design works are saved in the name format: Poster Design_Participant Name_Faculty/Department of Origin
7. Design works must not contain elements that are contrary to the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia: morality, violence and must not contain elements of pornography, and are contrary to SARA (Ethnicity, Religion, and Race).
8. The works that are competed are the original works of the participants and have never been included or published for commercial purposes and must be free from any contracts or other ties.
9. If in the future there is a copyright lawsuit, the committee is not responsible for this, the committee will assume that all designs that are included are the original works of the participants.
10. The committee has the right to use the work for publication purposes.

• Implementation Instructions

1. Participants fill out the registration form which can be downloaded on the website
   ipb.link/daftarlombaposter
2. Participants who have not registered are not allowed to take part in the competition.
3. The winner announcement will be announced on October 26, 2020 at 17.00 WIB on the official THP IPB Instagram account (@thpipb).
