THP STUDENTS BECOME OUTSTANDING STUDENTS AT IPB FPIK LEVEL

Fitria Irsbawati is a student of the Department of Aquatic Product Technology, FPIK, class of 49. Fitria was born in Jember, January 19, 1994. She completed her elementary and high school education in her hometown. In 2012, she was accepted as one of the students of IPB in the Department of Aquatic Product Technology through an invitation. In 2014, she had the opportunity to visit several countries, one of which was Japan in the HISAS14 event and successfully received an award as an Innovator on Shellideas360competition in 2015. Not only that, she is also one of the recipients of the PPA and BaktiBCA scholarships. Fitria is also active and involved in many committee, social and self-development activities carried out both domestically and abroad.

Fitria is a student who loves everything related to environmental conservation, so in her paper presentation in the Faculty level selection, Fitria explained the theme of SMART PROTECTION STANDARD PRODUCT MODEL (SELF HEALING)-ANTI CORROSIVE FOR TROPICAL CLIMATIC AREAS WITH GREEN MUSSEL POLYMER ORGANIC MATERIAL (POLYDOPAMINE), this idea is very useful as an environmentally friendly antifouling material.
Fitria succeeded in becoming an outstanding student in the Department of Aquatic Product Technology and was successfully selected as a representative of outstanding students from the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences to advance to the IPB level.
