Distribution study of Fish Processing Units number and its processed products value from Indonesian micro and small scale fisheries Industry
The preparation of the Study on Mapping the Distribution of Fish Processing Units and the Volume of Processed Products was carried out by the Directorate of Processing and Quality Development, Directorate General of Strengthening the Competitiveness of Marine and Fishery Products, Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. Dr. Wahyu Ramadhan is one of the expert teams in the preparation of the study and survey conducted in 2020. This activity aims to describe and analyze the potential of micro and small fishery processed products and identify the types of processed products per province in each quarter of the production month to provide appropriate recommendations for the development of the Indonesian fisheries industry.
